The "No Contact" Rule and "Can We Ever Be Friends?"
Discussion led by Susan Elliott and group members will join in. We'll discuss the "no contact" rule...what is really difficult about it...what are some pitfalls? how to overcome an obsession to contact. What about "being friends?" what about becoming friends with benefits?
Leader will present for 20 minutes and then 1 hour and 10 minutes of group discussion.
